Marie Thomas is a Black and Brown woman born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is a multidisciplinary writer with published and produced pieces from books to plays. Having made appearances on Colorado Public Radio, Headline News and New York Magazines The Cut Podcast.

 

Marie’s work is heavily influenced by her degree in Women's Studies with a focus in Culture from Spelman College. Displaying her “heart in all its mountain mexica, black southern, fervor”(Morgynne Tora, nationally recognized Poet and Tattoo Practitioner, on Marie Thomas). Marie’s work has been considered revolutionary, futuristic and never seen before.
